Profile

Tricia Lyons is Digital Imaging Archivist at the National Irish Visual Arts Library (NIVAL), based in the National College of Art and Design (NCAD). She is undertaking the digitisation of the Kilkenny Design Workshops Archive, as part of the NCAD demonstrator project for the Digital Repository of Ireland.

Prior to this, she worked on digitisation projects at the Contemporary Music Centre (CMC) and Southern Methodist University (SMU), Dallas, Texas, and has investigated how newly available digital tools and e-research resources may be effectively used to facilitate academic researchers.
